Band Together Day brings the Parramatta community together to celebrate the power of music and its impact on wellbeing. The day features live performances from Western Sydney's most talented student musicians, alongside virtual concerts streamed in from international student bands across the UK, Africa, Italy, and beyond. Another feature is an art and literature exhibition created by local and international students, offering a visual insight into how music shapes the way we feel.

Performance Programme
High School Concert Bands and Primary School Concert Bands will be coming together to perform at the heart of Parramatta.
From swinging jazz to massed strings, brass fanfares to the traditional sounds of Chinese chamber music, six very different ensembles take the stage across one big day of live performance.
Support young musicians by showing up!
Art & Literature Exhibition
The exhibition is from 10:30am - 2:30pm to the public to walk in and view the amazing works by the students.
We are exhibiting a wide range of painting, drawing, poetry, short prose in both visual art and creative literature.
Show your support for the student's work by checking out the exhibition on the day!
2. Donate for Future Musicians
If you are unable to attend the day or want to support more than just attending, you can support by donating.
Band Together Foundation
We believe fostering confidence and passion in music is important to children's growth as they are our future of music.
By donating $5 you are growing young musicians who will make a difference to the world.
We are proud to support Mental Health Month, which is a national event that is held every October to raise awareness of mental health, reduce stigma and encourage people in seeking support when needed.
This year’s theme is Together We Thrive and would like to take this opportunity to remind everyone that no one needs to go through the journey in seeking help alone.
